Clubhouse Newsletter #38

Posted 9 months ago by Katie Smith

Loud Mountains join Clubhouse Records, Erin Rae’s tour is nearly upon us and Cale Tyson returns to the UK…

We’ve just about recovered from our trip to the AMA fest in Nashville, hundreds of dollars lighter, a few pounds heavier and ready to finish off the year in style…

Loud Mountains join Clubhouse…

First up we are delighted to announce that Oxford’s Loud Mountains have entered the Clubhouse stable to release their debut EP, “Love One Another”, on Friday 11th November.

Led by harmonious  brothers from Connecticut, Sean and Kevin, the band have forged a strong following based on their often raucous live shows and you’ll be hearing a lot more from them in the next few months. Loud Mountains open for Erin Rae and the Meanwhiles in High Wycombe on 25th October, the first date of her debut UK tour, and if you want complimentary tickets drop us a line now!

Here’s a track from the EP to wet your appetite: http://bit.ly/2d38PZe

Erin Rae and the Meanwhiles’ tour is upon us…

We are over-excited at the prospect of Erin Rae’s imminent UK tour, a couple of weeks ago in Nashville, amongst all the megastars, her live performance at The Basement truly was the highlight of our whole trip.

Having just released a new EP, “Playing Old Games”, to supplement the recently released “Soon Enough” long player things are really moving fast for Erin and the band.

"A voice that swoons and soothes" Rolling Stone

"This new album is beautiful…. They capture a spontaneity that is very, very charming” Bob Harris

"One of my favorite up and coming singer-songwriters"
 Margo Price

"… a hidden gem in plain sight" Wide Open Country

Make you way over to our shop and treat yourself to an album that has not been off the player since we got it: http://bit.ly/28IuSS3
